SkillsUSA 2021 Pin Design, North Carolina.

This is my award winning SkillsUSA Pin Design that won the state level competition in 2021. I then went on to SkillsUSA Nationals and won first place in the Nation for Pin Design.

SkillsUSA Pin Design requires a competitor to design a pin that is 1.5’’ x 1.5’’ and it must feature things about the state you are competing in. I am from North Carolina so I featured several things about our state within my design. I featured the blue ridge mountains, foothills, piedmont, and beaches. I also featured our state tree and the Cape Hatteras light house as well as the colors “Carolina Blue” and “Duke Blue” from two of our state universities.
